Our Story
The agave is a resilient plant, thriving under the Mexican sun for years before it’s ready to be harvested, it's a symbol of patience, strength, and natural beauty. The jimador is the skilled farmer who tends to the agave with dedication and care, knowing that true rewards take time to grow.
Just like the agave, Angie is resilient and strong, deeply rooted in the beautiful land of Jalisco, Mexico, where she took hold years ago and blossomed with a love for its culture, nature, and people. And like the jimador, James is a hard worker who grew up on the farm, strong, steadfast, and waiting for his Angie.
Together, they’ve cultivated Casa AJ, a place where love, tradition, and hard work come together to celebrate life’s finest harvests.
